Things haven’t improved at all Bobby Shmurda since he was arrested 2 months ago, Last Friday he was scheduled to see his $2 million bail package submitted. Unfortunately, the office for special narcotics pulled his application earlier today saying
It’s our understanding that the suretor has withdrawn and that no hearing is currently scheduled.
Along with Rowdy Rebel, Shmurda was charged with gun possession, reckless endangerment and conspiracy to commit murder. They’ve maintained their innocence through the whole time, he plead not guilty to all charges.
His lawyer Kenneth Montgomery released a statement saying:
We’re trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out. We’re hoping to get it done within the next week.
Lets see how things play out in the coming week.
