D.R.A.M. Calls Out Drake for Stealing “Cha Cha”

While he was performing for his fans across the border, he felt his moment has been overshadowed by the biggest name in rap

By now Drizzy has probably taken over your timeline with his late Monday night release of the “Hotline Bling” music video on Apple Music. Your timeline wasn’t the only one that was bombarded with Drizzy frenzy though, D.R.A.M., the originator of the sound with his “Cha Cha” single, was also feeling it on his timeline. Coincidentally, D.R.A.M. was in Toronto for his first show in the 6ix and performed his hit-single “Cha Cha.”

While he was performing for his fans across the border, he felt his moment has been overshadowed by the biggest name in rap. Drizzy, who used the sampled track for his buzzing single, has mentioned his Virginia comrade in the past for having one of the biggest songs of the year.

However D.R.A.M. isn’t feeling that vibe right now, seeing his song become something else.

Check out his frustration.
