While on the red carpet at the GRAMMYs over the weekend, OVO Sound recording artist ILOVEMAKONNEN stops by the MTV News section to talk about his first ever nomination on music’s biggest night.
During the brief conversation, the ATL singer-rapper opened up on working on his major debut album, which is set to have collaborations from Drake, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, Diplo, Skrillex and DJ Snake.
With a mixture like that on his album, it should be an interesting listen, I’m not really sold on this guy yet as an artist from the music I’ve heard thus far, lets see what he does with big name artists like the ones mentioned.
Before he closed out, he also mentioned that he’ll be going on tour in the beginning of April and his new project will be arriving in June or July.
