On April first Beats by Dre premiered the Kendrick Lamar “King Kunta” video live in Times Square New York, and shortly after that internet grabbed it.
The visual was shot in his hometown of Compton at the same location where he saw 2pac decades earlier and takes it back to the OG days of West Coast rap, with low-low’s, block parties and plenty of dancing.
