Rihanna's year has been LIT thus far. She's currently the reigning queen on the Billboard Hot 100 with her super smash single “Work” featuring Drake currently holding down the number one spot.
That in addition to the music video hitting 130 million views on YouTube, and setting a new record alongside Drake for most consecutive Hot 100 No. 1s by Non-U.S.-Born Acts. Work is the lead single from her new album Anti which debut at number 1. She also revealed her PUMA collection, her Anti World Tour is selling faster than they can print out the tickets.
All in all, BadGal RiRi has been killing everything moving this year, and we're only 3 months in.
Most recently, the pop star covered the April issue of VOGUE. In the cover story, she talks about why the Internet pits her against Beyonce all the time (Queen Bey dropped her “Formation” video shortly after the album dropped), how involved she was in her new PUMA collection and why she hardly has time for anything.
She also addressed why she took such a long break from releasing music, 4 years to be exact which is a long time in the era of music but even more so for Rihanna's who's released a new album every year since she first appeared on the scene in 2005.
