A few weeks ago, Tory Lanez spoke on his thoughts about Drake’s Summer Sixteen jab that many believe was aimed at himself. Just before the Superbowl, while in Atlanta, he stopped by DJ Drama, who he’s done a few mixtapes with on his radio show on Shade 45.
The 23-year-old Toronto artist touched on the new Toronto movement, which he believes was misunderstood by some artist; but explains he was giving props to fellow acts from the city like PARTYNEXTDOOR, The Weeknd, and Drizzy.
It’s not all Tory’s fault though, the moment the fans started drawing comparisons between the and neither one not being affiliated, something had to go sideways at some point.
