Last year BadGal Rihanna submitted an application to the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office for an official trademark of the name Robyn. The 27-year-old singer, whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, envisioned of using her legal name to launch an online feature magazine venture.

Well DC Comics has a few things to say about that; The Warner Bros. subsidiarity company filed an official opposition to the trademark, citing that the name was too similar to Dark Knight’s sidekick, Robin – which would be confusing to audience due to the similarities.

Rihanna now has 40 days to respond to their claims.

This is such a ridiculous claim, DC Comics don't you guys have anything better to do? Like, I don't know, maybe release at least a few watch worthy movies.

Marvel has you looking side the side b***h out.

Cut the crap.
